Beef roast – 3 ½ pounds
Mushrooms – 4 ounces [sliced].
Beef stock – 12 ounces
Onion powder – 1 ounce
Olive oil – ½ cup
- In a bowl, mix stock with onion powder, olive oil, and mix.
- Put beef roast in a pan.
- Add mushrooms, stock mixture, and cover with aluminum foil.
- Place in an oven at 300F and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Allow roast to cool, slice, and serve with the gravy on top.
