Ingredients:
Beef roast – 3 ½ pounds
Mushrooms – 4 ounces [sliced].
Beef stock – 12 ounces
Onion powder – 1 ounce
Olive oil – ½ cup
Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix stock with onion powder, olive oil, and mix.
  2. Put beef roast in a pan.
  3. Add mushrooms, stock mixture, and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Place in an oven at 300F and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Allow roast to cool, slice, and serve with the gravy on top.
