INGREDIENTS:
½ pound chicken pieces
1 small yellow onion, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
A pinch of ginger, grated
A pinch of allspice, ground
4 tablespoons water chestnuts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chicken stock
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tortillas for serving
DIRECTIONS:
In a pan that fits your air fryer, mix chicken meat with onion, garlic, ginger, allspice,
chestnuts, soy sauce, stock and vinegar, stir, transfer to your air fryer and cook at 360
degrees F for 12 minutes.
Divide everything on plates and serve.
