1 sweet potato, cubed
2 apples, cored and sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
Salt and black pepper to the taste
6 chicken thighs, bone in and skin on
2/3 cup apple cider
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon butter
Heat up a pan that fits your air fryer with half of the oil over medium high heat, add
cider, honey, butter and mustard, whisk well, bring to a simmer, take off heat, add
chicken and toss really well.
In a bowl, mix potato cubes with rosemary, apples, salt, pepper and the rest of the oil,
toss well and add to chicken mix.
Place pan in your air fryer and cook at 390 degrees F for 14 minutes.
Divide everything on plates and serve.
