INGREDIENTS:
2 duck breast halves, boneless
2 and ¼ cup chicken stock
¾ cup shallot, chopped
1 and ½ cup orange juice
Salt and black pepper to the taste
3 teaspoons earl gray tea leaves
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon honey
DIRECTIONS:
Season duck breast halves with salt and pepper, put in preheated air fryer and cook at
360 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat up a pan with the butter over medium heat, add shallot, stir and cook
for 2-3 minutes.
Add stock, stir and cook for another minute.
Add orange juice, tea leaves and honey, stir, cook for 2-3 minutes more and strain
into a bowl.
Divide duck on plates, drizzle tea sauce all over and serve.
