2 duck breasts, skin on and scored
Salt and black pepper to the taste
Cooking spray
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ cup raspberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
½ cup water
Season duck breasts with salt and pepper, spray them with cooking spray, put in
preheated air fryer skin side down and cook at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Heat up a pan with the water over medium heat, add raspberries, cinnamon, sugar and
wine, stir, bring to a simmer, transfer to your blender, puree and return to pan.
Add air fryer duck breasts to pan as well, toss to coat, divide among plates and serve
right away.
