Ingredients:
Turkey meat – 18 ounces [minced].
Spinach – 3 ounces
Canned diced tomatoes – 20 ounces
Coconut oil – 2 Tbsp.
Coconut cream – 2 Tbsp.
Garlic – 2 cloves [minced].
Onions – 2 [sliced].
Coriander – 1 Tbsp.
Fresh ginger – 2 Tbsp. [grated].
Turmeric – 1 Tbsp.
Cumin – 1 Tbsp.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Chili powder – 2 Tbsp.
Directions:

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and tomatoes.
    Stir.
  5. Add coconut cream, stir, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  6. Blend with a hand mixer and mix with spinach and turkey meat.
  7. Bring to a simmer, cook for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve.
