Ingredients:
Celery – 3 stalks [chopped].
Onion – 1 [chopped].
Butter – 1 Tbsp.
Turkey stock – 6 cups
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley – ¼ cup, chopped
Baked spaghetti squash – 3 cups [chopped].
Turkey – 3 cups [cooked and shredded].
Directions:

  1. Heat butter in a pot.
  2. Add celery and onion. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add turkey meat, stock, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for 20 minutes.
  4. Add spaghetti squash, stir, and cook soup for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve.
