4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 zucchini, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 yellow bell peppers, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
Mix a slit on each chicken breast creating a pocket, season with salt and pepper and
rub them with olive oil.
In a bowl, mix zucchini with Italian seasoning, bell peppers, tomatoes and onion and
Stuff chicken breasts with this mix, sprinkle mozzarella over them, place them in
your air fryer’s basket and cook at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Divide among plates and serve.
